This 5 Ingredient Turkey Chili from The Kitchn was remarkably quick and easy to make. As recommended in some of the comments, I swapped out part of the tomato with salsa. To keep it kid-friendly I used about 3 parts tomato to 1 part salsa. My family loved it.
