My dad would have some potentially offensive names for this meal. Despite the fact that I reluctantly list foot-in-mouth as one of my specialties, I won’t use those names here. Scratch that, Dad says it looks good, especially knowing there is sausage involved.
Instead, let’s call it a polite meal, and just what the doctor ordered. It required very little time spent on my feet, was quick to prepare, and couldn’t have been easier.
Cherry tomatoes, halved, with chunks of bufala mozzarella, olive oil and salt. Sugar snap peas, a baguette, and a couple of sweet Italian sausage for Rose and Shane. Done!
Dad
Max, I don’t know what you mean about offensive comments from me. That meal looks good especially with the Italian sausage.

I was thinking of something you might say in your Arnold Schwarzenegger voice. But I take it back, post edited above!

Bwahahaha! that meals looks delicious.
I think that you should get yourself a wheelie chair and conscript rose into carrying things back and forth from the fridge to the table and then you and she can prep everything on the dinner table.
ooooh, i know! we can put a TV tray table on casters and that can be your prep cart for the next few months and then you can just wheel all your fixin’s around the house and never have to lift a thing ever again, except for your self, of course. http://www.amazon.com/Oversized-Folding-TV-Tray-Table/dp/B004SZA2IS
I enlist Morgan to make you the wheelie tray table! he is handy that way….
